@CDMVette Probably filled it with water to preserve the weight distribution. A full tank on a Focus would be (if my numbers are right) around 100lbs, which is pretty significant. Then again, they used mannequins instead of full-weight test dummies so their concern for precision might be less than I’d assumed.
