This video is part one of the Foaming process. Basically it’s a time-lapse video of me inserting foam sections in-between the wood forms that I built in the previous video. The foam process will take a bit more time to do as there is a lot of shaping and cutting to do. But this will give you an idea… Took a few hours to do and I was since and not feeling well this day. @riltjd Just to clarify, what I am building is whats called a body buck. I will use this to produce full production body panels. After that I will be able to produce any body part as many times as needed.

what would happen if you would crash the car? are you going to make spare parts? or will you have to make it all over again?

@zazoolious you are so absolutely right @ BailyBlade that’s pretty damn impressive only seen 2 vids and I am blown away at the craftsmanship I see you also use 3d max I have this also but am not very good at using surfaces I have tried cars and failed but I am gonna keep watching GREAT WORK !
