Bailey Blade Car Design / Building the body buck adding foam core – Part 2

This video is part one of the Foaming process. Basically it’s a time-lapse video of me inserting foam sections in-between the wood forms that I built in the previous video. The foam process will take a bit more time to do as there is a lot of shaping and cutting to do. But this will give you an idea… Took a few hours to do and I was since and not feeling well this day. At the end talk a little about the project but can’t really focus well because it was 900 degrees in the room. – View the complete list of build videos: bit.ly – Official Website: bit.ly – Car Designer and Builder Forums: bit.ly – Become a fan on Face Book: on.fb.me – Follow us on Twitter: bit.ly

@BaileyBlade Right.. nothing like commenting on a video from 2008! Cause clicking on your channel and seeing current stuff is just to much work..

@riltjd Just to clarify, what I am building is whats called a body buck. I will use this to produce full production body panels. After that I will be able to produce any body part as many times as needed.

what would happen if you would crash the car? are you going to make spare parts? or will you have to make it all over again?
