@MrWasian you have no idea what the fuck your talking about, a supercharger is a parasitic turbocharger and its only used for acceleration, it is quick respond and theres no lag like a turbo, but its called parasitic because it decreasses your overall power and speed, so use your head and think if a suer charger is better wouldn’t you see it more everyone? a turbo charger has to spool up so theres a little lag but it increases hp and over all speed, learn your shit kid.

@Marshmallowrex turbocharger have to build up fuck that, supercharger will always outrace a turbocharged car. I have my car for testimony that, unless the driver in the supercharge sucks. Considering a supercharger will force more air into the engine and fuel at a continuous and increasing rate than a turbocharger.

@aliennationyo Oh no problem at all and thanks for the reply back. I see where you are coming from. Friend said thats what he paid or whatever but you just never know until you find out yourself. Your friend may have been just trying to make himself look better or feel better in someway by saying there so much money and he invested it into it, but who knows? Fact is there pretty cheap no real moving parts. Its just some metal with polyurethane bushings.

@SkeenDogger yea i just got into learning about honda motors and swaps almost a year ago, im still doin my research on em.. i never bought motor mounts…. my friend was telling me they are lik 3,000$ or some shit for a 04 civic.. im guessing hes wrong.. thanks for the heads up tho

@aliennationyo Bought a set of motor mounts for my girlfriends Honda which also includes the trans mount and it was under $160.00 You must like getting ripped off or are really uninformed about the prices of these things.

Do you know if it is possible to purchase the B16B engine from JDM’s website and put it into a 2000 Civic Si? An if it is possible do I need some other components to make it fit and usable, like the Type R Gauges?
